This Policy covers unforeseen loss/damage to buildings or any other civil engineering project that is undergoing construction and/or erection. This Policy is a Project based cover which means that the period of insurance is determined by the construction time. Third Party liability and/or surrounding property liability can be covered under Section II of this Policy. The Policy has additional options like Loss of Profit, Contractors Plant & Machinery, Theft of property my own employees and Political violence & Terrorism Insurance.

The Policy covers losses arising from the following;-

• Fire, lightning, and explosion
• Flood, inundation, rain, snow, avalanche, tsunami
• Windstorm and thunderstorms
• Earthquake, subsidence, landslide, rockslide
• Burglary
