Welcome to an easy claim experience

No matter which type of claim you have, our goal is to make sure everything goes smoothly. That means making your claims process as easy as possible and keeping you updated.

Notification

    • Claimant needs to report any incident or accident subject to a claim to the nearest Police station (+248 4288000 or 999 as quickly as possible, within 24 hours.
    • if you are unable to notify the Police or unable to attend the scene at the time the incident occurred, as much as possible take photos as evidences or ensure you have witnesses as proof.
    • Fire and Rescue service agency +248 4289999 or +248 4323242
    • To report to Port Authority, SMSA or any relevant Authority, in case of marine incident.
    • Contact our Claims Office within the next working day at the earliest or use our emails; claims@allianceinsurance.sc. info@allianceinsurance.sc
    • Ensure all reasonable steps are taken to protect or recover the lost or stolen property;

Documents Required

    1. Provide us with a copy of your current driving license and permit
    2. Provide copy of ant certificate of competency
    3. Provide us with a copy of your valid insurance disc
    4. Provide us with a policy statement / Report
    5. A completed signed claim forms along with supporting documents as requested by the claim’s office
    6. Exchange details i.e., names, addresses, vehicles and insurers with any third party involved in the accident
    7. Provide us with licensed garage cost of repair quotation.
    8. Provide cost of spares from a licensed spare parts dealer.
