This Policy is designed for businesses that operate of heavy machinery or machines. It covers the replacement & repair costs of the machinery that may arise unforeseen breakdown and/or physical damage to the machines caused by the following;-

• • Human failures like carelessness, negligence, lack of skills, malicious acts
  • Operational failures like failure of control and regulating devices, physical explosion and implosion, shortage of water, overheating
  • Environmental causes like humidity, dust, high temperatures
  • Electrical failures like short circuit, faulty insulation, over-tension, excessive voltage
  • Natural causes like flood, storm, drifting ice, frost and water.

The Policy has options that can be added to it which include political violence, sabotage & terrorism, Loss of Profit following the breakdown of the machines.
